1.1. The Request for Qualification and Proposals in respect of the CBIPP Programme to be made available to prospective bidders (to which reference is made on https://www.ipp-coal.co.za/Home/Procurement);

1.2. All agreements, minutes of public meetings and policy documents preceding the aforementioned proposal invitation of 15 December 2014;

1.3. A copy of the draft IA to be entered into by the successful bidder with DOE, and any further records relating to the envisaged IA; and

1.4. A copy of the draft PPA to be entered into between the seller and Eskom as the buyer, and any further records relating thereto.
